American Brown Ale

Description:

A beautiful robust dark ale made with easily availbale kit
Just right for the beginner

Ingredients:

  • 1.7Kg Coopers Dark Ale
  • 1Kg Dark DME
  • 300g Dextrose
  • 24g Cascade Hops
  • Nottingham Ale Yeast

Procedure:

Boil 1Kg Dark Dme in 5 litres of water
Add in 300g Dextrose (Can sub with Demera sugar)
12g Cascade 10mins
12g Cascade 2mins
Pour into fermenter and add in the tin goo
Aerate for 30secs
Pitch in Dry yeast
Ready to drink after carbonating but better after 3 months
