Beer Style: American Pale Ale  (10A)

American Pale Ale
Beer Color

Tastes pretty good. I get a nice complexity to the flavor. I can taste the grain as well as the hops have a nice presence. I don't have an actual bottle of New Albion to compare but from my recollection it seems to definitely be in the spirit of it.

I did this one before I had a recipe. Very close to this one. 10lb two row, one ounce cascade at 60, 30, and 5 mins. total three oz hops. I never tasted an original New Albion but I like this one a lot.
