Dark, smooth with a changing flavor with every sip. Noticeable Bourbon scent and flavor but not over powering.

  • 1/2# durst municH
  • 1/2# Chrystal
  • 1# flaked oats
  • 3/4cup coffee
  • 2# brown sugar
  • 4oz Brewer's chocolate
  • 1oz chinuk
  • 2oz cascade
  • 1ts Irish moss
  • 12oz black raisins
  • 4oz oak chips
  • 2oz Bourbon
  • American ale
