  • Crystal Malts: (8 oz) MuntonsÃ�® Crystal Malt 60L
  • Hops: Pellet Hops Tettnang 30 Grams 4.5 AA
  • Hops: Pellet Hops Hallertau Tradition 28 Grams 5.0 AA
  • WYeast: Bohemian Lager Liquid Yeast

Steep Grain in 3.5 gal water for 30 min at 145 Degrees F

Siphon to boil kettle, do not desturbe Grain bag. Stop when liquid starts to cloud

Bring to 190 Degrees and add malt extract off fire, stir 2 min.

Return to fire

Bring to Boil and add 30 Grams Tettang

Boil 45 min add 1/4 teaspoon Irish Moss, and 14 Grams Hallertau

add 14 Grams Hallertau at Knock off

set aside 10 min covered run chiller till 70 degrees let set 30 min covered

siphon to fermenter, leave brake and hops behind

Add distilled water to bring to 5 gallons, Shake to oxygenate till arms are tired,

pitch stater of yeast, about 1 cup of slurry,

wait for airlock to start bubbling.

Ferment at 50 till 1 bubble per min. about 10 days, rest at 58 for 2 days, rack to secondary and drop to 45 for 2 days , 40 for 3 days, 35 for 2 weeks. Bottle or keg
