This one was a hit with my beer swilling (non-brewing / freeloading) friends. It is a original recipe too. Very aromatic and a slightly sweet and nutty finish. Thank god I wrote down the recipe because after about five of these I forgot my last name.
Original Gravity: 1.063
Final Gravity: 1.018
Alcohol by Vol: 5.89%

Yield: 5.00 US Gallons
Heat mash water to 172* F and dough in. My grain was 50* F so my mash came out to be about 152* F. Mash at 152* F for 90 min.
Make sure you make a starter out of you smack pack at least a day before brew-time.
