A cross between a Fullers and a Red Hook ESB.
Pours with nice red copper color and a creamy tan head.
The flavor starts with a nice caramel sweetness and finishes a pleasant hop aroma and flavor.

  • 8oz. Special B
  • 8oz. CaraRed
  • 8oz. Crystal 80L
  • 8oz. Flaked barley
  • 8oz. Flaked corn
  • Hops
  • 1oz.US Golding (60 min)
  • 1oz. Fuggles (30 min)
  • 1oz. Liberty (10 min)
  • Yeast
  • White labs WPL002 English Ale

This beer took me back 30 years to my time in the UK. I am new to brewing and this was only the 3rd all grain i had ever brewed, and as promised creamy texture and very full bodied. If you love English Alae you will love this.
