Beer Style: American Brown Ale

I'm not really sure how to classify this one yet. Just brewed it tonight and its in primary. I actually deseigned this recipe to make a 4 gallon batch. This will also work as a 5 gallon recipe; it'll just be a bit less alcohol and milder on the hops.
4 gallons- about 7.8% abv with a bitterness rating of 41 and color rating of 26
5 gallons- about 6.2% abv with a bitterness rating of 36 and color rating of 22
Original Gravity: 1.079
Final Gravity: not done
Alcohol by Vol: 141.34%
Recipe Type: partial mash
Yield: 5.00 US Gallons
Boil size is 2-3 gallons. First heat to 150 degrees and steep grains for 30 minutes.
Add 6lbs dried malt extract and bring to boil.
at minute 0 add 1 ounce Fuggle hops. ( as soon as boil is achieved)
at minute 30 add 1 ounce Kent Goldings
at minute 45 add 1 ounce Kent Goldings, 1 tsp Irish Moss
at minute 55 add 1 ounce Kent Goldings
at minute 60 remove from heat
Cool and transfer to primary. Top off with water to either 4 or 5 gallons (see above) and pitch yeast at 75 degrees.
