Beer Style: Cream Ale  (6A)
Recipe Type: partial mash
Yield: 5 US gallons

Cream Ale

The colour if this light ale leans towards the deep golden (depending on the colour of extract used). Flavour is malty yet balanced with the Amarillo. The Nthn brewer for bittering doesn't dominate the taste. Aroma is moderately hoppy. Head is thick and persistant. This is a delicious light ale that will satisfy even the fussiest of beer drinkers. Definately will be made again!!!
