Description:

tastes better than any czech pils i have ever had

Ingredients:

  • 3lbs dme lite, 3.3lbs lme coopers, 2lbs lager malt crushed
  • 2oz styrian golding hops, 1oz bramling cross hops, 2007 czech yeast

Primary Ferment: 10days
Secondary Ferment: 3 weeks

Procedure:

boil lager malt in bag 45 min and discard. add malt extract boil for 1 hr. add bramling cross and half oz goldings boil for 1hr., add 1 oz goldings for 30 min., add half oz golding for 5 min. pitch yeast ferment 10 days primary and secondary for 3 weeks.
