I step mashed this beer at 122f for 30 minutes before ramping up the temperature to 152f to finish the mash, checked by an iodine test. Post five days in the primary fermenter, it's fermenting right along nicely.Also there was a first wort hop addition with one ounce of Galena. Another ounce was added at time of the boil, followed the remaining hop schedule.
