This is my attempt at Stone's Vertical Epic 2008. My first version of this beer came in at an OG of 1.050 which is way too low. Beer was still great though, like Duvel Light.

Ingredients:

  • 12 lbs 7.9 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) Bel (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 11.3 oz - Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 15.1 oz - Candi Sugar, Clear (0.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Simcoe [13.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Ahtanum [6.0%] - Steep 1 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Dry Hop 3 days (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Simcoe [13.0%] - Dry Hop 3 days (Hops)
