Nutty, malty ale with hint of hop bitterness. Very easy drinking session beer, deep amber in color. Aroma clearly from malt body, no hop aromas.

Yield: 5.00 US Gallons
Mash in 9.5 qts at 163 F and hold at 150 F for 75 minutes. Mash out by addition of 6 qts at 200 F for 10 minutes. Batch sparge at 168 F to collect five gallons. Add the extract, bring to boil and hop.
