So delicious. Warm and full, everyone LOVES this beer, even my friends who hate beer. This is darker than your typical brown ale, and definitely satisfies. Hazelnut taste is subtle. This is an easy to make, easy to drink, easy to enjoy beer. Have fun!
Steep milled grain and hazelnuts 40 mins, then remove from wert
Bring wort to boil
Add all DME and boiling hops
Boil for 60 mins
with 10 mins remaining, add finishing hops
cool wort and pitch yeast
add drops of anti foam (if desired)
ready to bottle after 1 week of fermentation.
open a bottle and enjoy
