Beer Style: Witbier  (16A)
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 11 US gallons

Beer Color

Berries gave a slighty tart back tone. All berry flavours were subtle. Color came out golden / pink. Strange that it looks like it shoudl be sweet - fruit flavoured but isn't. Very drinkable - almost dangerous as it has the fruit backnotes
