Description:

Berries gave a slighty tart back tone. All berry flavours were subtle. Color came out golden / pink. Strange that it looks like it shoudl be sweet - fruit flavoured but isn't. Very drinkable - almost dangerous as it has the fruit backnotes

  • 2.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.50 oz - Coriander Seed (Boil 5 min) (Misc)
  • 1.50 oz - Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Bavarian Wheat (Mangrove Jack ##M20) (Yeast)
  • 2.20 lbs - Frozen Berry Mix (Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry) (Secondary 0 min) (Misc)
