  • 8lbs of malt extract dark dry
  • 2 lbs of honey
  • 4 lbs crystal malt
  • 4 oz cascade hops
  • 2tbsp coriander seed
  • notingham yeast 2 pks

Procedure:

boil malt grains for 40 minutes and discard. Boil all malts and hops for 2 hours. add corriander seed for last 2 minutes of boil. Ferment for 2 weeks at room temperature and bottle. Allow beer to age for 4 months before drinking.
