Much improved. Higher SG than for this style, but overall nice and smooth. Bitterness reduced and flavor increased by dividing up the last hop addition and increase grain.

  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 0.5 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
