Add the crushed grain to 10 litres of water at about 60 degrees C, mix
well and hold temperature for 30 minutes. Now raise the temperature to
68 degrees C and hold for a further 45 minutes to an hour if you please. Sparge with 3 to 4 litres of boiling water to get anything that can be saved and then bring to a boil. Now add the boiling hops and boil for an hour. In the last 15 minutes add the wirlfloc tablet and the last 10 minutes add the flavouring hops. Strain into your fermenter and cool the wort down. Fill with water to the 20 litre mark and pitch the yeast at about 28 degrees C.
