After two months in the bottle, it still has a bit of a "green" or young taste to it. I don't know if that's the ingredients or if it just needs more time to age through that flavor.

  • 8.0 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (1.3 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Pilsner Liquid Extract (2.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 13.6 oz - Sugar, Table (Sucrose) (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Saaz [5.3%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 0.50 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 5 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) (Yeast)
  • 5 lbs - Pilsner Liquid Extract (2.5 SRM) (Grain)
