  • 0.60 g - Epsom Salt (MgSO4) (Mash 60 min) (Misc)
  • 10 lbs - Heidelberg - 2-row Pilsner (1.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Hallertauer [4.8%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Tettnang [4.5%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Hallertauer [4.8%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Saaz [4.0%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Munich Lager (Wyeast Labs #2308) (Yeast)

Just racked into a lagering carboy, but I couldn't resist a small glass. Absolutely perfect balance of malt and hops and tastes exactly like a German lager with a little more bite at this point because the flavours haven't mellowed yet.
