heat 6 gal water 165 add grist in a bag let set 45 min. turn off heat add dark malt ext stir in good. 1oz cascade hops bring to a boil 50 min add 1 oz more hops boil 10 min remove from heat cool quick whith wort chiller 75-80 add yeast rack to primary fermenter 1 week rack off to secondary ferementer 1 week add 1 cup corn sugar bolied in 1 cup water and cooled bottle let set 2-4 weeks and enjoy
