American Pale Ale

Description:

Made 2 batches for a friends wedding in Colorado it went fast.
Very nice Head well balanced

Ingredients:

  • 7 Lbs Light Liquid Malt Extract
  • 1 1/2 oz Cascade Hops boil for 50 minutes
  • 1/4 oz Saaz Hops for 50 minutes
  • 1 1/4 Saaz - last 5 minutes of boil
  • Wyeast Thames Valley Yeast #1275

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 10 days
Secondary Ferment: 10 days

Procedure:

Boil Extract, 1.5 Cascade an 1/4 oz Saaz for 50 minutes
add 1 1/4 oz Saaz for last 5 minutes of boil
pitch yeast when wort cools
