** Before beginning , remove 1/2 a cup of sugar from the 1 kg of white sugar, as you WILL NOT BE NEEDING IT.**

-Fill your fermenter with 20 litres of cold water.
-Fill a pot with 2 litres of water and bring it to a boil
-Pour the Coopers Lager kit into the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
-Add the 1 kg of sugar, Stir until completely dissolved.
-Add 1/2 cup of honey, stir until completely dissolved.
-Pour the boiling mixture into the 20 litres of water, stir until dissolved.
-Add yeast.

** Don't be thrown off by the seemingly dark wort. When in doubt, use a shot-glass.

I prefer to carbonate in the bottles themselves, but you may not want to.
