Description:

Beer is Black, with notes of coffee and chocolate. Starts sweet and finishes bitter.

Ingredients:

  • Malt:
  • 3.3 pounds Amber malt extract syrup
  • 3.3 pounds Dark malt extract syrup
  • 1 pound Amber Belgian Candy Sugar
  • 1 pound Black Patent Malt
  • Hops:
  • 60 min 1 ounce Chinook
  • 10 min 1 ounce Cascade
  • Yeast:
  • Safbrew S-33
  • Bottling:
  • 6 ounces brown sugar
  • Condition 2 weeks
