Based loosely on Bluebird Bitter, with an American Twist. The use of Amarillo hops for aroma, works well with Challenger for bittering.

  • 8.0 oz Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM) Grain 6.06 %
  • 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 6.06 %
  • 4.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt -150L (150.0 SRM) Grain 3.03 %
  • 1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops -
  • 0.50 oz Hop Blend 2 [9.00 %] (60 min) Hops 14.7 IBU
