Wouldn't change a thing, except brew it more often! Just tried a Founders Breakfast Stout and it's very similar to our Trolley #7. Damn good beer!

  • 8.0 oz - Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Northern Brewer [8.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Goldings, B.C. [5.0%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Saaz [4.0%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Fuggles [4.5%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 4.00 oz - Cocoa powder, unsweetened (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
