1/22/13 this ended up being less arrogant, but as of now its a very nice beer

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Chinook [11.1%] - Boil 90 min (Hops)
  • 1.5 oz - Chinook [11.1%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Chinook [11.1%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 2.0 oz - Chinook [13.0%] - Steep 11 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Dry English Ale (White Labs #WLP007) (Yeast)
  • 6 lbs - Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Cane (Beet) Sugar (0.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Chinook [11.1%] - Dry Hop 6 days (Hops)

So I brewed this toda with some adjustments I used 14.3% chinooks. I used 1lb liquid Belgian candi at 45 SRM. I did a last 15, 10, 5 min boil with the chinooks. I also used wyeast American ale smack. My OG Was 1.069. I can't wait!! It smells and tastes great
