Beer Style: Vienna Lager (3A)
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 25.1 US gallons

Vienna Lager
Beer Color

Description:

03/29/2014: Bagby says this is too bitter for a vienna. Should have less hops. Says this is more of an issue than the roast/dark malt character, which was what stuck out for me. Also suggests some cara munich malt to sweeten. Says this beer would kill it in alt beer category, and that it's very clean and drinkable.
