Description:

Strong piney / citrusy aroma. Light in body with great clarity. Color too light for true IPA. Moderate bitterness with nice citrusy finish. Light in body and mouthfeel. Ver light and drinkable despite 7.1% ABV. Brew again in summer.

  • 12 lbs - Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Simcoe [13.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Simcoe [13.0%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Simcoe [13.0%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Simcoe [13.0%] - Boil 0 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056) (Yeast)
  • 2.0 oz - Simcoe [14.1%] - Dry Hop 9 days (Hops)
