Description:

Thought it was a little over the top going into the keg, but the carbonation really made a difference in the perceived balance. Might back off a little on the lactose and a couple adjuncts next time.

  • 8.0 oz - Coffee Malt (190.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.8 oz - Magnum [7.5%] - First Wort (Hops)
